Health-oriented Honey Producer

In order to produce the health- oriented products, producer should care more about the quality than the quantity. That’s why our complex is constantly searching for better products. Some producers of honey prefer to heat honey and heating honey destroys the all of the pollen, enzymes, propolis, vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants, and aromatics. There is a point that the heated honey is clearer, easier to measure or spread than raw honey (unheated hoeny) and many people think that honey that has crystallized is spoiled so they discard it by mistake. Honey that has been heated and filtered will not crystallize as fast as raw honey. Fortunately, our honey is not heated in order to keep all useful compositions and materials of honey. That’s why Solakan honey can be used in hot liquid such as hot water, tea, and so on. After each harvesting honey, all types of honey have been testing by specialists. According to the results of experiments from each harvesting period, very low amount of sucrose, an optimum amount of fructose to glucose , low level of Hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) , and very high level of diastase enzymes reflect the high quality of three types of honey. Using this method and process may reduce the honey production, but the goal of the Solakan complex is to produce a health-oriented product by enhancing the quality and nutritional value of honey.
